This policy is in place due to the nature of customization involved in our products. Please note that we cannot accept returns on customized products, as they are made to order and cannot be resold. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing them to avoid any issues.


The following exception are in place

  1. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for any defective or damaged products. We will replace the product or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
  2. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone to explain the issue and receive instructions for the return process. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
